Ingredients:
- 1/2 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda
- 1-2 Cups Of Water(240-480 mL)
- 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (30 mL)
- Either 2 Tsp Lemon Juice (30 mL)
Instructions:
- Mix everything in a glass.
- Stir well.
- Drink this on an empty stomach.
