3-Ingredient Colon Cleansing Juice

How To Prepare


  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup peeled and sliced ginger
  • 1 medium-sized lemon
  • 1 Large Apple
  • Optional-teaspoon honey


In a cooking pot add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Set aside to cool down.

Wash and cut the apple into large pieces. Peel off the lemon and cut it in half. Add the apple and lemon into the blender and blend.

Once the ginger water is cold, add it to the blender and blend it all together. If you find the juice too sour or spicy, add a teaspoon of honey. This recipe yields two servings.
