Healthy Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Why not start your day with a blended fruity drink? Healthy, nutritious, loaded with vitamins. This is why it is one of our favorite smoothies: Sweet banana, delicious blueberries, fiber-rich oats and creamy yogurt come together into one healthy, kid-friendly breakfast drink (or snack!) that only takes a few minutes to whip up.



  • banana – 1
  • blueberries (fresh or frozen) – 1 cup 
  • vanilla Greek yogurt – 1 cup 
  • milk – 1/2 cup
  • rolled oats – 1/4 cup
  • ice cubes (optional)


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve right away or chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
