This ginger, lemon, cayenne pepper, and honey detox drink will help kickstart your metabolism, boost energy, and improve your sluggish digestive system. Lemons, ginger, cayenne pepper, and honey are the ideal combinations to help detox kidneys, liver, and circulatory systems, and provide your immune system with a boost.
Ingredients:
- 1 liter water
- 2 lemons
- 1-inch grated ginger
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon
Instructions:
- Firstly, pour one liter of water into a large saucepan
- Next, take two lemon rinds (roughly chopped). Squeeze the juice first (and keep it aside), and then chop them. Add them to the water.
- It’s now time to add ginger and pepper, and then boil for five minutes.
- Boil until the lemon softens.
- Let it cool a little, and then strain the water.
- In a glass, add the warm detox water. Add honey and lemon juice and mix well.
