How to prepare it

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup peeled and sliced ginger
  • 1 medium-size lemon
  • 1 Large Apple
  • Optional-teaspoon honey

Preparation

In a cooking pot add the sliced ginger in the boiling water and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Set aside to cool down.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the apple into large pieces. Peel off the lemon and cut into half.

Add the apple and lemon inside of the juicer. Mix together.

Once the ginger water is cold, add it in the juicer and blend it all together. If you find the juice too sour or spicy, add the teaspoon of honey. This recipe yields two servings.
